It's an industry worth millions - and as consumers we can't help but be seduced by the bronzed, buff bodies on the covers.
But as it's revealed Lorraine Kelly has lost the figure she showed off on her DVD, not to mention Eastenders' shock slimmer Natalie Cassidy.
Are there actually any celebrities with exercise videos to their name that manage to keep the weight off?
