Congratulations, you’re expecting!

Pregnancy is a special time for all mothers. You have life growing in side you, and everyday brings a new experience with it. From feeling the first flutters, to the very definate kicks, this is a time to cherish and enjoy.

Working doesn’t mean you can’t put you and your baby first - thank goodness the law means that your employer has to make sure you and your baby are safe while you are working.

The next nine months will be wonderful, but testing at times, what with morning sickness, backache and indegestiion - thankfully not always in one sitting - so make sure you know your maternity rights and read our guides on what to expect from your employer or contractor during this time.

But most of all, take care of yourself and your baby!
