Turn Your Experience Into Training People Will Pay For
You already know things other people need to learn. Maybe it’s the job you’ve done for years, a skill colleagues keep asking you about, or a subject you love. The Highfield Level 3 Award in Delivering Training shows you how to turn that knowledge into professional training, and gives you a regulated qualification to take to employers, colleges and training providers.
You’ll also get AI training to help you build your own course, and it all fits around family life: video lessons at nap time or after bedtime, then just 5 hours live.
From £249 for our Founding cohort, then £299, including Highfield registration and your certificate. Prefer to spread the cost? Pay in 2 monthly instalments of £155. Small groups of no more than 12.

An Ofqual-regulated qualification awarded by Highfield. Qualification number 603/2930/0.
How It Works
- Video lessons and quizzes. Eight short modules over two weeks, plus AI training to start building your own course. Watch whenever it suits you.
- Live online workshop. Three hours on Zoom (mornings, or one evening for Cohort 3), where you practise and deliver a short practice teach with personal feedback.
- Your micro-teach. A 20 to 30 minute session on a topic you know well, delivered live on Zoom to a small group. You’ll also hand in your timed session plan.
- Self-evaluation. A short written reflection within 7 days, using our template. Then we claim your Highfield certificate.

Where This Can Take You

A recognised qualification plus your own experience gives you something real to offer. You could:
- approach employers in your field to deliver in-house training, inductions or CPD
- pitch short courses and workshops to colleges and training providers
- build and sell your own online courses using what you learn in the AI training
- run workshops for charities, community groups and parent groups
These are examples of where the qualification can lead, not guarantees of work or earnings. For a salaried college teaching post, the Level 3 Award in Education and Training is usually the next step.
