Just how do celeb mums like Myleene Klass get back to pre-baby shape (and sometimes better)??
Actress Gywneth Paltrow looked amazing in the run-up to the premier of her new film The Iron Man recently, and even more fabulous in those seven-inch heels on the night.
Naturally slim, she looks like she didn?t have to try too hard to get back into shape after having her children, Apple four, and Moses, two.
But some celebs, like us ?normal mums? have to make an effort to get back into shape. And now the weather is perking up a bit, looking your best has never been higher on our list of priorities for working mums?
So how did other celeb mums get back into shape?
Christina Aguilera: Breastfeeding and snacks
Looking fabulous, it?s hard to imagine she needs to shed any weight at all ? an it?s not even a focal point in her life. She is being very sensible about getting her post-baby figure back and is using breastfeeding and snacking every few hours to shed the pounds naturally.
Emma Bunton: walking the dog
Emma?s another celeb who refuses to succumb to the grind of training ? she walks the dog instead. And she looks fantastic on it, too. And when she gets a sugar craving, Emma apparently sucks a lollipop, rather than working through a whole packet of sweets.
Jennifer Lopez: Treadmill and a chef
Could we expect anything less from the new mum? Are we even surprised that she was in the gym the day after her twins were born? We?re not sure this is the way to go ? a week?s rest wouldn?t really make that much difference, surely? But apparently, J-Lo is very strict with her exercise regime anyway, and wanted to start as she meant to go on.
Oh?and then there?s the chef she?s hired to prepare tasty, but healthy foods.
Myleene Klass
The I?m a Celebrity star, cum-presenter and model says breastfeeding and being a working mum is what has helped her shed most of the four stone she put on while pregnant with daughter Ava.
It?s so refreshing to hear someone in the spotlight proclaim that they do not care about losing weight and want to stay well for their newborn ? well done you, Myleene!
