A registered childminder shook a baby so severley that the infant was blinded and eventually died, a court heard.
Keren Henderson had been looking after 11-month-old Maeve Sheppard at her home when she picked up the child in a fit of temper, it was claimed.
Maeve was taken to a hospital, but her parents, Ruth and Max, took the decision to turn off her life support machine two days later.
