Ultimate Christmas crooner Cliff Richard has proved he is once again the nation?s festive favourite with his personalised fragrance, ‘Devil Woman’. Research from the UK?s largest shopping comparison website, Shopping.com, has revealed Cliff has made it into the top ten most popular celebrity fragrances, ranking above David Beckham, Britney Spears and Antonio Banderas. The scents of Victoria Beckham, Jordan and Beyonce failed to make it in the top ten, with ?Fantasy by Britney Spears? scraping in at number eleven.
?Darling by Kylie? was the nation?s favourite, receiving the most searches on Shopping.com, which compares prices from Boots, John Lewis and specialist online fragrance outlets such as FragranceNet and Strawberrynet. The original fragranteur Jennifer Lopez, holds onto the number two and three slots with Sarah Jessica-Parker sitting pretty at number four. Supermodels and original A listers Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell also proved popular taking positions five and six respectively.
Surprise scent success ?Devil Woman? by Cliff Richard entered the list at number seven, closely followed by the second entry from SJP. ?Intimately Beckham by David Beckham? made it in as the ninth most popular perfume with Antonio Bandares scraping into the top ten with ?Spirit Cologne?.
?Donald Trump The Fragrance for Men? also failed to make it into the top 10.
Shannon Clouston, Chief Shopper at Shopping.com, said: ?We compiled the list by analysing how many people have been searching for each of the fragrances over the last month. Surprisingly, celebrity fragrances accounted for just ten per cent of the top one hundred perfume searches. It was a revelation to discover Cliff in the top ten; it seems he really is a Christmas classic!?
