Thanks so much for considering Mothers Who Work as a medium for pushing your campaign! You are in safe hands, but keep reading to find out a bit more about us and to see why we are perfect for your brand’s needs.

Who Are We?

Mothers Who Work is a one-stop site for all things working mums need – whether they work for an employer, work for themselves or both. We’ve been around for a long time – since September 2007!

The site was set up by Joycellyn Akuffo, a journalist with more than a decade’s worth of experience working in consumer media and business titles. You may have come across some of her handiwork in publications such as Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Woman & Home, Practical Parenting, Star, Wedding & Home, BBC Good Homes and so many more titles!

We’ve watched many sites come and go, but we have held on strong due to the quality of our content and our passion for being an empowerment hub for working mums (and some dads love us, too).

Our Audience and Reach

Every month, 105,000-plus working mums visit the website to learn how to make money. The majority of our audience is form the UK (which makes sense because that’s where we originate!).

Advertising on the site will give your brand exposure to working mothers and working mums-to-be and dads, too.

Added to that, we also have successful social media channels, in particular on Twitter and Facebook, where we have about 10,000 followers.

Let Us Help Push Your Campaign

Over the years, we have worked on more campaigns than we can mention! And it’s no surprise to us because working mums have a finger in so many pies, with so many responsibilities, interests and then some!

From helping the government with various campaigns for working parents (such as the Health in Pregnancy Grant), to working with phone companies (such as BlackBerry) to help working mums learn how to run their business from their phones while on the go.

Other brands we have worked with include Amazon, Mamas and Papas, Moleskine, Epson, Microsoft and lots of business brands in-between – our most recent being Scholastic. as you can see, the coverage is wide. That’s because working mums have buying power and generally do a lot (or most of) of the purchasing in the household, which gives your brand a good platform to promote your campaign through us.

Most of our campaigns are written articles or a series of articles, product reviews, podcasts, and we will soon be branching into video, so watch this space.

In short, get in touch today to discuss your campaign with – we would love to help.
