Fiona Phillips reveals how her fear of developing Alzheimer’s was the real reason for resgining from GMTV job

Fiona Phillips has revealed that she quit GMTV because she fears that she might have only ten years before she develops Alzheimer’s.

The 47-year- old breakfast TV presenter, whose late mother suffered from the disease, has learned that her father also has it.

In case she also falls victim to dementia, she now wants to make the most of her two young sons by spending as much time as possible at home with them, as well as caring for her father
