Like any working mum it?s not unusual for me to bemoan how much work I do for my family. If I had a job for everything I do for my husband and my son (and the new baby on the way), I?d be a millionaire?
…well I?d earn an extra ?50,446 a year. Ok, so I was a bit disappointed that it wasn?t more, and that after all my moaning, I actually only do 60% of the domestic load. So why don?t I get time to paint my nails, watch my favourite soaps, RELAX?
Lord knows, but the good thing is that if I was getting paid for my efforts, I would earn twice what the average family, who clock in just ?25,000 ? my efforts and the hubby?s combined would make us and additional ?83,740.
How handy would all that come in with the current financial climate!
