There is nothing worse then having a thousand visitors and then never having them come back. If your website visitors come to your website and don’t feel the need to return, you will constantly be trying to get new visitors to maintain your traffic figures, but if a good proportion keep returning, then you can build on your traffic stats a lot more easily.
Creating good content will make sure that your visitors will come back for more. This is a better thing to focus on as long term success should be the goal.
3. Network
If you have a new website, you have to learnt o shout about it. One way to do this is to network – online and offline. When you are able to network with other people on the internet, you will realise just how easy it is to actually get visitors.
When you have a circle of friends on the internet, they will often help to promote your website, thus creating more traffic towards your site.
