When ?What would be your manager?s response to you leaving your job?, 37% that thought their manager would try to find out why they were leaving, 29% said that they thought their manager would be offended.
But more shockingly (or funny, depending on how you view these things), 21% of respondents to the survey by recruitment agency HireScores thought their manager may start organising a party to celebrate them leaving.
