She is looking for case studies for an article on parents who work very different hours in order for one parent to always be there with their children/ to avoid full time childcare and childcare costs.
Perhaps it would be a case that the mother works days, the father works nights, or the mother works weeks, the father works weekends – but in the end one parent is always with the child.
Families who take part and appear will be paid a fee and it would just involve a brief chat over the phone to get some information about how your work/childcare balance affects your life. A photo would be required as well.
