I am a producer at Maverick TV, a leading independent production company, and we are currently developing a range of ideas for BBC2’s factual and features department.
We are looking for people with genuine expertise in a particular field, who the BBC can build as new talent for the channel. So we are looking to speak to any journalists who specialise in the following fields, who would be interested in using their skills and knowledge on TV.
– Shopping/Fashion/Consumerism
– DIY/Construction
– Interior Design
– Property
– Travel
– Health/nutrition
At Maverick, we develop a broad range of ideas for all the broadcasters. So above and beyond this immediate request, we’d also be keen to speak to anyone who is interested in TV, or has specific ideas. Please also pass this on to any of your colleagues or contacts who may also fit the bill.
