Mothers, stressed? How about a free relaxation course?

Watch your cares fade away as you learn how to unwind at a free relaxation session.

The session is run by The Relaxation for Living Institute, an organisation which has been dealing with the symptoms of stress and anxiety for decades.

In response to the growing demand for non-medical solutions to stress, The Relaxation for Living Institute is offering a complimentary two hour class open to the public. The practical introduction to relaxation will cover posture, light exercises and breathing techniques that will help them on their way to recovery.

The Director of the Institute, Richard Hilliard says: ?This offer is open to anyone and everyone.

“Stress and anxiety are very real and a growing concern in today?s society. It is an illness that affects millions of people on a daily basis and yet so many of us don?t realise it?s easily treatable with the right tools.

“We?re hoping to get a wide range of people along to our free session as we want to demonstrate how our exercises and techniques can help everyone.?

The event takes place on Saturday 12th April at 10.30am (see address below). Limited spaces are available. To register, please RSVP to andrew@rfli.co.uk.
