Tatty Bumpkin, a multi-award winning business, aims to open the door to a child?s imagination through yoga inspired multi sensory movement classes, and also sells funky, comfortable, fair traded clothes, in organic cotton and sustainable bamboo.
Sam Petter founded Tatty Bumpkin to inspire both children and adults through movement. She created the multi-sensory movement programme and the unique yoga doll as a means to encourage physical expression and the bond between child and parent. Hannah?s franchise journey
In the months leading up to the birth of her second daughter in January, Hannah decided to look for options that would allow her to spend more time with her family. When she went to the One Life exhibition in February, little did she know she was about to embark on a career change.?At the exhibition I was automatically drawn to the Tatty Bumpkin stand. As a teacher and a mother I was interested in the connection between movement and learning. The concept was exactly what I was looking for ? an award winning, ethical enterprise that would provide a viable business opportunity and income. The teaching and sales elements are both complementary to my experience as a teacher and PR executive, so it was a very good fit.?The fact that it was a franchise made it even more appealing ? it has given me the freedom and flexibility to run my own business, but with the support and advice as and when I need it.?This is not only going to benefit my children ? getting them bendy, clever, giggly and strong (Tatty Bumpkin?s strap-line), but I am looking forward to bringing this wonderful concept to children in the Brighton area.?How to apply: Visit www.tattybumpkin.com or contact Gill Levett on: 07879 473912 or 01732 812212
