Waitrose has been voted Britain’s?number one high street?retailer in a survey conducted by Which?
The survey, which asked 10,000 shoppers about the quality of products, customer service and in-store experience?showed that?Waitrose?took a very clear lead. John Lewis, was voted second place.
Both retailers belong to the John Lewis partnership. Charlie Mayfield, chairman of the group said the wins were a “testament to the skill and commitment of our 68,000 employees.”
