If you want something you’ve never had, you have to do something you’ve never done

If you want something you've never had, you have to do something you've never done
If you want something you've never had, you have to do something you've never done

Have you ever watched a dog chase its tail? some dogs do it for play, others clearly look confused – they seem puzzled at the fact that no matter how fast they run, no matter how many times they chase their tail, it’s always there, right up in its face.

Not saying that you’re a dog…please bear with me! The message here is clear: If you want something you’ve never had, you have to do something you’ve never done. you can’t keep doing everything the same, and expecting by sheer miracle that you will get different results. you need to take the bull by the horns and change something positively to get a different result.

If you wish you had more money for the luxuries in life, you can wish it all you want and see no new results, but if you actually make a point of doing something that will draw you closer to realising that dream, you’ll see a change in your situation.

word to the wise.
