A husband told how his wife died moments after giving birth because an epidural was wrongly put in her arm instead of her back.
Arnel Cabrera said he was told wife Mayra had been killed by a rare complication and only discovered the truth a year later.
“I was very angry that I had been lied to for so long about how she died,” he said in a statement to her inquest.
But now, he faces deportation back to the Philippines because the couple were only allowed to stay in the country while she was working as a nurse ? at the hospital where she died.
